divisions (including but not limited to MyMeApparel Photography, ME!
Scene Modeling & Talent Academy, PASS Branding Services, Cozies by
LaVera), its affiliates and event venue host.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The
MyMeApparel enterprise, dba as MyMeApparel, aka ME!, has the right to
decline to do business with any business entity and.or individual, at
its sole discretion. MyMeApparel has the right to request removal of any individual(s)
found not to be respectful of MyMeApparel representatives, the host
venue representatives, and/or its property and or failing to follow
guidelines provided by MyMeApparel and/or its host venue. MyMeApparel
does not guarantee any attendance numbers, product sales nor any other
outcomes as a result of an individual's participation in these events.
Additional bonus services (interviews, vetting, photo shoots, etc.) are
available only on-site during event, unless otherwise approved in
writing by an authorized MyMeApparel representative. Re-scheduling is
at the discretion of the MyMeApparel representatives and must be made on
site during the event. It is the responsibility of participants to
make themselves available, as advised by authorized MyMeApparel
representatives, to take advantage of bonus services. Bonus services
have no exchangeable cash value, are no refundable, and
non-transferable. Treasure hunt and/or e-ME! Dot rewards programs gifts may not be transferred, returned, exchanged nor refunded for cash. Participants belongs are the responsibility of the
participant. MyMeApparel, nor its divisions and/or affiliates, is not
responsible for any property of any participant that is lost, stolen
and/or damaged while on site at any of the MyMeApparel hosted events,
event venues and/or on-location photo shoots. All
tickets and/or payments are non-refundable and non transferable.
Purchaser is the only individual who may utilize purchased
slots/booth/ticket (specifically for photo shoots, branding seminar
breakfast & media luncheon). Participant's failure to be present at
designated event times/places will forfeit ticket purchase, no refund
will be issued. In the event of
cancellation as direct action of MyMeApparel, the participant will be
provided with an alternate event date. If it becomes necessary to
change venue, a comparable venue will be provided.
